Description

PureSeal MultiSeal Pro has been designed to enhance the appearance of and protect most materials including clay & concrete block paving, stone, slate and other concrete surfaces. It performs much better than its water based competitors and is longer lasting. It is easy to apply by brush, roller or spray, and because it is solvent based, it dries quickly.

One coat will give a natural finish where 2 coats will give the surface a wet look finish. The sealer can be tinted using PureSeal tinting additives to breathe life into tired pattern imprinted concrete, and low-slip granules can be added to give added protection underfoot.

Application:

It is important to complete a test patch on an inconspicuous area before use to ensure compatibility with the surface. Do not use MultiSeal Pro in temperatures above 20 degrees. To prevent trapped moisture, the surface and subbase must be completely dry before use. If this does occur, apply xylene to the surface and scrub with a brush to release the moisture.

Using this product with a roller is not advisable if you are sealing block paving. In this instance, we would advise using a sprayer to get a neat and uniformed finish. Areas to be treated must be clean, free of dust and debris and completely dry before application.

Apply two coats by brush, medium pile roller or low-pressure sprayer, second coat at 90 degrees to first. Allow a minimum of 30 minutes between coats. Designed for natural stone, slate and concrete products & surfaces. Not suitable for honed, polished or glazed surfaces.

Top Tips:

Ensure that you apply enough sealer to block paving to solidify the sand in the joints. Concrete Sealer Pro can be over coated with MultiSeal Pro, but not the way around.
